Frequently Asked Questions

Yes, estimates are absolutely free and there is no obligation to hire us. Please fill out the form in Contact Us or call us to book your in-home estimate. Please note, we have a $10,000 per project minimum and require that the house we are estimating is owned by you or at least in escrow.

Our free remodeling estimates include a detailed written scope of work. At times, when necessary or when requested, we will provide renderings for you to view what your remodel will look like upon completion. Renderings look like a picture of your home and are a likeness of what your remodel will look like so you can visualize the space to be remodeled.

During our free consultation with you, we will discuss the duration of your project. The key element in completing your project in a timely manner is for you to be available during the process so you can select your products. In addition, we will need full access to your home during the remodel during regular work hours (Monday through Friday 8am – 5pm). We will not begin work on your home until all the materials have been received. Our company policy is to stay on your project until completion once we have started construction

We employ both subcontractors and hourly employees who are on our payroll. The subcontractors we work with have all worked with us for several years and for most of them, we are their sole source of employment because we are able to keep them busy from one job to the next.

Roofing costs are heavily weighted to labor and insurance. Generally insurance is the difference. Contractors who don’t have insurance or who have restricted insurance will be less expensive. (For you, this savings may be no savings at all if something goes wrong.)
